Artwork Guidelines
Send the best artwork you have. We will review it and let you know whether it is ready for print, needs cleanup, or needs a better source file before production.
Helpful details to send with your artwork
Send these when available
Low-resolution images
Screenshots, tiny web logos, and compressed images may look soft when printed. Send the original file when possible.
Missing source files
Vector artwork is best for logos and clean line art. If you only have a photo or screenshot, we can still review it and explain the next step.
Messy numbering data
For numbered permits, send one clean spreadsheet column for each data field. Avoid merged cells, hidden rows, and mixed formats.
Unclear size or format
Tell us whether you need a hanging tag, adhesive decal, window decal, hard hat sticker, or another format.
You do not have to know the file rules before contacting us.
These guidelines help, but they are not a barrier. If your artwork is not perfect, send it anyway. We will review what you have and explain the practical next step.
Send what you have
Upload or email your logo, artwork, spreadsheet, sample permit, or even a rough reference image.
We review the files
We check whether the files are usable for print, whether numbering data is clear, and whether anything needs cleanup.
We guide the next step
If something is missing, we will tell you what is needed before production or quoting continues.
